This is a fansite dedicated to NBC series LIFE, starring Damian Lewis & Sarah Shahi. It started out after the first season already aired in late 2007, because I felt this show really stood out way above every other series : it’s got it all, fantastic writing, superb acting, excellent directing, amazing music selection… Seriously, I didn’t really know anything about this show except for Damian Lewis‘ name when I first tuned in, and after the very first episode I was in love already.
Ever since, each episode made me love the show even more, and I don’t see this stopping anytime time soon *crosses fingers*. I love this show, I just love it. It didn’t take more than a couple of episodes for it to become, in my eyes, simply (one of) the best show ever to be seen on television, I love Charlie and his Zen attitude, I don’t think I love anything more than watching him and Dani act with one another — on that matter, I had never heard of Sarah Shahi before, but she’s nothing less than amazing! — I love the unusual stories they came up with and I love the portrayals of broken characters trying to adjust to life.
In other words, again, I fell in love with this show, it never failed to offer one of the greatest hour of television each week, which is why I was thrilled when NBC did not cancel the show, but rightfully renewed it for a second season. And though the first season ended already, I felt like it would be a good thing to have a site to show NBC how much people love this show, to tell the world about this fantastic series, and to give fans all over the world a place to share their love of the show and discuss it over & over again, and this is how The Path To Zen came to LIFE.
This site finds its name in the book Charlie turned to while in jail, The Path To Zen. For the record, the book isn’t actually real, so don’t look for it (I already tried) : it doesn’t exists. I’ll do my best to update the site with the latest news, pictures, and (episode) information about the show, and hopefully other fans of the show will help!
