Okay, so now I have to say : I don’t really like what I see here. I mean, what the Hell did they do to our Dani !!?? I want to keep my faith in writers, I want to believe this is just for one scene - we’ve already seen Dani let her hair down from time to time - because if this is her new look, then I’m really going to start worrying about the show’s integrity.
Dani was always a strong female character, an she’s a cop, not a model. She always had pants, a shirt buttoned all the way up and her hair up. She never played with tight jeans, tank top or anything like that, and that was great! It’s not that being dressed the way she is here is wrong in itself - I mean she does look amazing!! - it’s just that it’s not Dani, it’s especially not Dani in her professional life, while working as a cop !
I don’t know about you guys, but this tends to worry me a little… I keep repeating myself than I trust the writers (I trust the writers, I trust the writers, I trust the writers…) but this isn’t making things very easy. So I’m going with, she had to go to some interview/meeting/something, and dressed up like that for that one special occasion, whatever that was (after Lt. Davis was being transferred maybe, to testify or something… not sure why she’d think dressing up differently would help, but I can’t really think of anything better so far — can you?)
